After having completed the standards for apprenticeship training established by the Virginia Department of Labor and the Virginia Board for Barbers and Cosmetology; Faded & Co. is pleased to announce that Evan Lacey has passed all required state examinations and has received his Virginia Barber License through the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation.

The Commonwealth of Virginia, through the issuance of a license, authorizes a person possessing the character and minimum skills to engage in the practice of a profession or occupation that is unlawful to practice without a license.
